HD580 Maintenance Recommendations

Daily Maintenance

After each day’s operation, wait for the drone to cool down to normal temperature before performing any cleaning.

Do not clean the drone immediately after operation.

1. Cleaning the spraying system:

o Fill the spray tank with clean water or soapy water, then spray it out completely.

Repeat this process three times to ensure proper flushing.

2. Clean the tank filter:

o Remove the filter and clean it thoroughly to prevent clogging.

3. Motor and propeller cleaning:

o If there is dust or pesticide residue, wipe the surfaces with a damp cloth, then dry with a clean dry cloth.

4. Storage:

o Store the drone in a dry environment.

5. Connector cleaning:

o Use 95% alcohol to clean:

§ Power distribution board interfaces

§ Battery connectors

§ Charger-to-battery contact points

Important Notes:

· Do not wash connector boards or distribution board ports with water.

· To prevent water ingress during transit or in rainy conditions, cover the power distribution board with waterproof material to ensure safe arrival at the destination.

 Periodic Maintenance

Every 20 flight hours or every 100 takeoffs/landings:

1. Check propellers:

o Inspect for cracks; replace if any are found.

o If any propeller is loose, replace the propeller and the washer.

2. Inspect plastic and rubber parts:

o Check for aging or degradation and replace if needed.

3. Inspect spray nozzle atomization:

o If atomization is poor, thoroughly clean the centrifugal disc.

o If the problem persists, replace the centrifugal disc.

4. Clean the tank filter.

5. Clean the aircraft body:

o Use a soft brush or damp cloth, then wipe dry with a clean dry cloth.

6. Radar and RTK antenna cleaning:

o Wipe with a damp cloth.

Important Note:

Do not use high-pressure water jets to clean the drone.
