Follow the below steps to upload the Drone flight log and Remote flight log, then attach the QR code screenshot here. 
To help us provide prompt response and efficient resolution, please do following:
1. Upload flight log as instructed above.
2. Provide correct contact information like phone number and email for us to reach out to you!
3. Provide all relevant information, including videos, images, and detailed descriptions as needed. 
How to upload logs?

1. Select the "Log Management" on Remote Controller

2. Locate the flight log by timestamp. Remember to upload both Drone and Remote logs

3. Take a screenshot of the QR code after uploading log successfully, and attach it to the support ticket
